At The Royal Oak Cerne Abbas we pride ourselves on delivering delicious great quality  food, with excellent service in our charming 16th century pub with a smile to boot!


Why not come and warm yourself by the open fire and try a pint of locally brewed Cerne Abbas Beer,  or  try one of our new lager?. 

Relax in the beer garden under the grapevines with a glass of wine  or perhaps a Pimm's or glass of fizz?


We also serve teas coffees and Dorset apple cake as well as bacon and sausage sandwiches made with or own freshly baked bread


We are open daily for food from 12.00 until 2.30pm & in the evenings from 6pm until 8.30pm. 


On Sundays we are open for food  from 12.00 until 5.00pm & the the evening menu from 6pm until 8.30pm.

Why not come and enjoy our curry night with a summer twist and alfresco dining too. Our menu offers an exciting combination of traditional and innovative food using locally sourced produce providing a genuine taste of Dorset. We serve your  favorites like our steak & ale pie with Stilton, fish & chips, daily fish specials or local venison and apple faggots. There is something for all tastes.
